How to Take a Good Scan Photo
Use good lighting, get close to the issue, and keep your camera steady. The clearer the photo, the better the AI diagnosis. Avoid blurry or dark images.
Managing Your Subscription
To manage or cancel your Pro subscription, go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account from within the app under Settings. All your data, including scan history and photos, will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Reporting Inaccurate Results
Every scan includes a feedback option. Tap the feedback button to let us know if results were inaccurate — this helps us improve the AI for everyone.
